PT SMART METER INDONESIA is a national company operating in the measuring instruments and meter accessories industry since 2005. We take pride in being the market leader in the electronic kWh meter industry in Indonesia and in upholding the spirit of national innovation and local excellence.

We are committed to producing high-quality products and providing the best services to our customers through the consistent and sustainable implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. To ensure the successful implementation of this system, the Management of PT SMART METER INDONESIA establishes the following Quality Policy:

Establishing open communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including management, shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, government authorities, communities, and business partners, while upholding business ethics and the principles of professionalism.

Implementing digitalized process technologies through the integration of Smart Manufacturing technologies into the production process that are fully inegrated across the management system, to achieve operational efficiency and ensure that all processes comply with quality standards in order to deliver customer satisfaction.

This Quality Policy is established as a guideline for all employees and stakeholders to grow, develop, and progress together with PT SMART METER INDONESIA.

This policy shall be reviewed periodically by Management to ensure its alignment with the Company’s strategic direction and objectives.
